About THINK Properties
Think Properties is a commercial property management and maintenance company serving office, retail, and industrial property owners across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA). It was founded by Justin Crisp, who has spent roughly three decades working on commercial properties in Southern Ontario.
Three Decades on Commercial Sites
Justin started in landscaping and snow removal in his twenties. Before going out on his own, he worked for an owner whose portfolio included commercial properties and restaurants. That job showed him the owner's side of the business: what tenants notice, what contractors miss, and how quickly small problems become expensive ones.
He went full-time in his own business in 2013 and founded Toronto Lawn Keepers, a landscaping and snow removal company, in 2016. Years of work on commercial sites led to Think Properties, which applies the same hands-on approach to the full scope of managing and maintaining a building.

Justin leads operations at Think Properties, overseeing maintenance, site work, and the crews and contractors who keep client properties running. His background in grounds, snow, and site maintenance gives him a practical, on-the-ground understanding of how commercial buildings run.
Niamh Crisp, Managing Director
Niamh leads the administrative side of Think Properties, including office administration, client accounts, and the financial and reporting work that owners and asset managers rely on. She makes sure every property has organized records, clear communication, and accountability behind the scenes, so clients always know where things stand.
